Class Descriptions Mat Classes:

​Vinyasa:
A combination of meditative vinyasa and longer holdings of poses with attention to details of alignment and consciousness of breath and sensation.  Classical yoga is based on the philosophy of the Yoga Sutras, seeking ease in asana and using asana as preparation for future study of pranayama and meditation.
Teens welcome.​ * All levels

Vinyasa 101:
​This class is for students new to yoga or for those who wish to work on the foundations of the postures.This class is for all levels of students, modifications will be offered to support each body type. Perfect for those new to Vinyasa

​Yin Yoga:
 A soft practice in which you hold a series of poses for 5 minutes. Allow your body to sink into the postures while stretching the appropriate ligaments and tendons. Come and quite your mind and open your body! *All Levels
