Jane loves yoga's ability to connect people to their bodies, foster healthy relationships with their minds, and bring more awareness into their lives through inspiring healthy choices.  Yoga practice has been instrumental in helping her to do this herself, and now she can't wait to share this gift with others ! Her class is centered around breath, alignment, movement ... and most importantly fun and lots of smiles!

​Carol  believes that yoga is healing.  Carol began practicing yoga about 30 years ago, on the advice of her doctor.  In 2008, she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training and Yin Yoga teacher training with Rochelle at the Studio for Yoga in Moorestown.  In 2015, she finished her 500 yoga teacher training with Kaoverii Weber at Subtle Yoga in Asheville, NC, with an emphasis in adapting yoga techniques to adapt to meet each individual’s physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.   Carol has taught vinyasa, yin yoga, yoga with a chair, and yoga for people with physical disabilities.  “If you can breathe you can practice.”  Carol extends gratitude to all her teachers and her students.  






Through my self-development, by giving and receiving and receiving love and energy, I never stopped being a student. To this day I continue to learn, for I believe that this is a path, a lifestyle, an attitude, a purpose in life. I am grateful to have Yoga in my life.
I teach Vinyasa, Yin yoga classes and Mat Pilates classes with a strong focus on breath and alignment to improve balance, increase flexibility and relieve stress.
Staci  is a 200 hour RYT Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher and a Pilates instructor.
