We have a 24hr cancelation policy. Cancelation in less than 24hrs results in a deduction of one class from your class card.

Class Description Aerial:
Foundations to Aerial Yoga:
This class is the perfect way to learn the fastest growing yoga style! You will learn to gain trust and familiarity using the fabric and 7 basic wraps. This class provides the foundation for all other levels of aerial yoga. Mastering this class will enable each student to test out and enroll in the intermediate and advanced levels of class. Open to all levels. No experience needed.
Yin Aerial :
In this class we embrace the foundation of a mat yin practice suspended and supported by the silks. Yin is by nature a slow moving, long held practice of release to target facial tissue. Open to all levels. No experience needed
This class moves quicker then the Foundations to Aerial Class. The objective is to stretch and strengthen the body while utilizing the support of the silks and our breath. A variety of postures are offered to carry a more practiced Aerial student deeper. Foundations to Aerial is recommended prior to your first Aerial Yoga Class. Please call the studio for permission to enter this class if you have not attended any Aerial classes before. Foundations to Aerial Yoga recommended twice prior to attending.
This class is Restorative in nature and meant to stretch and relax you! It is the gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of Aerial Yoga. This approach is perfect for those with a lower fitness level, or those who just like an approach that gives you time to tune in and tune out to enter a deeper level. This class is offered the First Friday of every month at 6:00pm.
Type of Aerial Yoga we teach:
VaihAyasa is Sanskrit for “being or moving in the air, suspended in the air, sky-dwellers.” An appropriate name for the newest style of Aerial Yoga that combines the fun of other playful acrobatic aerial, with the more grounding and alignment-centered details of more yogic aerial. It is a smooth merger of both extremes of the aerial yoga world that allows practitioners to sink into their practice more quickly, to deepen stretches, to find proper alignment naturally, and to reap the benefits of inversions without strain on the joints of the body. Aerial Yoga allows practitioners to invert without strain to the neck or joints, allowing for surrender into a posture and full benefits. You will find that your mind clears, shifting to become open, aware, present.
